Good quality pho at a decent price, with decent serving sizes. I've tried other pho places nearby and I have to order two bowls in order to feel satiated. Service is friendly and the broth is full of deep umami flavor.

Cheap and flavorful is what you'll find here! It's rare you can get such a good price for Pho- come around lunch time! Summer rolls are yummy and don't forget a Vietnamese iced coffee!! Their bubble tea isn't bad either in flavor, as long as you don't mind really chewy tapioca boba.
Pho Bac certainly offers a generous serving of Pho. I've been here for lunch and enjoyed the lunch special. The special includes a choice of one of their 16 varieties of pho together with a spring roll and a soft drink (can). Very filling! The interior is spacious and quiet. Table service. Children's menu offered.
This is my favorite pho place in this area. I've tried other places in Centreville/Chantilly and this is the one I keep coming back to. Lots of different pho options and their lunch combo is legit. You get a drink, pho, and spring roll all for $11 or something. My friend got pork on rice and it looked really good. He really liked it but said it needed more sauce which they give you more in the side. Regardless, he still finished it which says it was good!
